General Terms
This is a partial listing of our rental inventory. If you don't see it here please ask. All rates are based on a one day 24 Hour WILL CALL rental. All Rates are EACH. Weekly rate is equal to Four days rental.
Payments / Deposits
Payment is due a week to ten days prior to delivery, unless prior arrangements have been made. If an event is booked within two weeks of date, order shall be paid in full at the time of confirmation. There will be a $25.00 charge for returned checks. Prices subject to change without notice. A deposit is required on all rentals to non-account customers. Deposits may be paid in cash or major credit card. Checks will not be accepted. A deposit up to the value of all equipment rented may be required. A valid California Drivers license of other acceptable ID is required to be shown at the time of pick up of the rental equipment.
Reservations
We encourage you to reserve your rental equipment well in advance, especially during the busy summer and holiday seasons. This will ensure availability and allow ample time to prepare your order. All changes must be received no later than seven (7) days prior to the event. Customer is subject to full rental charges if changes are made after the deadline.
Rentals
All charges are for time out, whether used or not. So, please choose dates and times carefully. If you desire to use rental items for a longer period, please call our office for Long Term Rental Rates. Renter releases ESP Entertainment, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability.
Loss or Damage
Responsibility for the rented equipment remains with the Renter from the time of receiving equipment until time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured from theft when not in use and protected from weather. We charge for missing, broken, burned or damaged items.
Delivery / Pick up
Delivery service is available for an additional charge depending on where the delivery is to be made. Extra charges may be assessed due to high-rise buildings or other labor intensive deliveries. Items ready for pick-up should be sorted and available to our drivers. A charge will be assessed for all boxes and crates NOT returned. All breakage, loss and cleaning charges are in addition to rental charges. Linens should be refuse-free and dry to prevent staining and mildew. Please DO NOT put linens in plastic bags. Tables and chairs must be stacked and ready for pick-up. If a Sunday, holiday or after hours pick-up is requested, a service charge will be added.
Set up & take down
Table, chair, and equipment set-up and take-down is not included with the delivery charges. If you wish, we will be happy to set-up and/or take-down your equipment at an additional charge.
Return Dates
Rentals shall be returned on date agreed. Any rentals not returned by the agreed date will be charged our daily rental fees, unless Allie's agreed to an extension period. If rentals are not returned within (2) two weeks of the agreed date, replacement costs will be charged to the credit card provided.
